S6000e HPLC
The S6000e is a new generation of "cost-effective" HPLC systems from SAINAER.
This HPLC system, using a more reasonable layout, pay more attention to the high precision and durability of the instrument, can adapt to high load, long time sample analysis, equipped with automatic sampling system to achieve unattended, support isocratic, binary or quarternary low pressure pump system.
▶ Support for isocratic, binary, or quarternary low pressure pump systems expands the solvent choice that it makes your method conditions optimize. High frequency mixing mode, more uniform mixing, less pulsation, good retention time reproducibility.
▶ Built-in the integrated check valve which is powered by spring completely avoids the interference of static electricity and large viscosity of mobile phase to the check valve operation, achieving better gradient performance and higher flow accuracy.
▶ Adopts small cam closed-loop drive system design, and the use of patented technology of gapless universal plunger rod design (Patent No. : ZL201920519709.0), coupled with electronic pulsation suppression technology, effectively reduce pressure pulsation, improve flow accuracy.
▶ Autosampler adopts multi-axis working mode, which is faster and more accurate.
▶ The optical path system adopts precise located structure and unique heat dissipation technology (unique deuterium lamp, tungsten lamp heat dissipation design), and the efficient optical system effectively reduces the thermal effect of the light source.
▶ Real-time leakage detection function, high pressure, low pressure alarm, automatic shutdown, ultra-high temperature, low temperature, humidity alarm, over-temperature power off protection and other technologies, to provide security for users to achieve unattended.
▶ With consumables use record function, historical data query function (including but not limited to total infusion volume, maximum working pressure, injection times, etc.).
▶ According to the purpose and method of analysis, each modules can be freely combined to form a variety of HPLC systems (such as post-column derivative system, liquid phase preparation, biological sample special analysis system, etc.).
